La facticidad como tema y elemento irrebasable de la hermenéutica constituye el principio del programa original de Heidegger en sus comienzos. A partir de allí el proyecto heideggeriano se embarca en el análisis hermenéutico con el fin de conseguir la génesis conceptual que articula nuestra experiencia en el mundo. Este modo analítico llamado "semántica genética" conlleva una distinción inherente al discurso (Rede) entre el enunciado óntico y el enunciado ontológico o hermenéutico. El presente trabajo intenta mostrar, en primer lugar, cómo dicha semántica genética se forja en la hermenéutica heideggeriana y cómo ésta se "urbaniza" en la hermenéutica filosófica de Hans-Georg Gadamer. Luego, en segundo lugar, se mostrarán las diferencias entre ambas posturas para concluir, a modo de tesis, que la hermenéutica gadameriana subsume el nivel semántico de la génesis del sentido al nivel pragmático del enunciado proponiendo, de esta manera, una "pragmática genética".The facticity as a theme and insuperable element of the hermeneutics are part of the beginning of the original program of Heidegger in its beginnings. From there the Heideggerian project embarks on hermeneutical analysis in order to achieve the conceptual genesis that articulates our experience in the world. This analytical mode called "genetic semantics" entails an inherent distinction to the discourse (Rede) between the ontic statement and the ontological or hermeneutic statement. The present work tries to show, in the first place, how this genetic semantics is forged in the Heideggerian hermeneutics and how it is said to "urbanize" in the philosophical hermeneutics of Hans-Georg Gadamer. Then, secondly, the differences between the positions will be shown to conclude, as a thesis, that the Gadamerian hermeneutics subsumes the semantic level of the genesis of meaning at the pragmatic level enunciated, proposing, in this way, a "genetic pragmatics"
