PENGARUH DIMENSI TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL ZALMA DAN HOTEL ZAVIER DI KOTA BATU

Abstract

(TQM) terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Zalma dan Hotel Zavier di Kota Batu. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yang telah ditetapkan, maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal yaitu hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah sejumlah 50 karyawan/responden.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Fokus pada pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan; (2) Obsesi terhadap kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Pendekatan ilmiah berperanan penting terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) Komitmen jangka panjang berpengaruh berlawanan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) Kerjasama tim berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) Perbaikan sistem berkesinambungan kurang berpengaruh dan bersifat berlawanan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (7) Pendidikan dan pelatihan kurang berpengaruh dan berlawanan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (8) Kebebasan terkendali berpengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan; (9) Kesatuan tujuan berpenegaruh rendah dan bersifat berlawanan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (10) Keterlibatan dan pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel Zalma dan hotel Zavier . Kata Kunci :  Total Quality Management (TQM), Kinerja Karyawan Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on the performance of Hotel Zalma and Zavier Hotel employees in Batu City. Based on the research objectives that have been determined, the type of this research is causal associative research, namely relationships that are causal. So the number of samples in the study were 50 employees / respondents.The results of this study indicated that: (1) Focus on customers has an effect on improving employee performance; (2) An obsession with quality affects employee performance; (3) The scientific approach plays an important role in employee performance; (4) Long-term commitment has an adverse effect on employee performance; (5) Team collaboration influences employee performance; (6) Continuous system improvement is less influential and is opposite to employee performance; (7) Education and training are less influential and contrary to employee performance; (8) Controlled freedom has a strong influence on employee performance; (9) Unity of purpose has a low influence and is opposite to employee performance; (10) Employee involvement and empowerment have a big influence on employee performance in hotel Zalma dan hotel Zavier .Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Employee Performance
