Abstract
This paper intends to problematize issues concerning the conceptual possibilities surrounding posthumanism from the 2013 film Ela (Her). The examination of such question will present us, as we intend to demonstrate, the most problematic social and identification marks of the current subjects, as well as their most urgent issues. To accomplish such a course, we start from reflections and conceptualizations about the cyborg and posthumanism to, through reflections proposed by posthumanism theorists, such as Dona Haraway, try to identify how the proposed concepts serve to delineate the problems previously mentioned both in the film and in today's society
