SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN RECRUITMEN KARYAWAN OUTSORCHING MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOPSIS STUDI KASUS PADA PT. FOCUS JASA MITRA

Abstract

PT. Focus Jasa Mitra is a private company engaged in Civil, Mechanical, Oil and Gas Piping, Steel Structure, and Engineering construction projects. The recruitment selection process is carried out by taking the values and criteria that have been determined by the company. The criteria in question are psychological tests, interview results, Unas average, work experience and skill tests that have been determined by the company. The method used in this system is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution ( TOPSIS ) method. This method was chosen because the Topsis method in general is the best chosen alternative, not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also has the longest distance from the negative solution, the better the resulting value, the greater the weight value which means it has a greater chance for prospective employees who will qualify as employees
