This study was commissioned by the Royal Voluntary Service (RVS) and British Red Cross (BRC), and the Welsh Institute for Health and Social Care (WIHSC) at the University of South Wales was asked to undertake an evaluation of the Camau Cadarn/Positive Steps programme.The purpose of this study was to provide an independent and objective evaluation of the service as described below. This was undertaken through using a multi-methods approach and has been phased into two parts – a formative report, delivered in March 2019, and a final report, which this document fulfils. <br/
