Asakawa, askam@rakuno.ac.jp遊館以布利センター内の海上生簀内に35～77日間収容後，大阪市の海遊館内の展示プールで飼育された．この間，冷凍イカまたは加水したウナギ用ペレット（人工餌料）をミンチ状にしたものを約300g／個体／日与えた．海遊館ではこれらマンボウ2個体の飼育管理をするため，混獲年月日ごとに，次のような個体番号が付された： No. 169（2020年2月12日），No. 170（2020年2月13日）．両個体とも収容後それぞれ約2ヵ月および約3ヵ月後死亡した．いずれの個体も剖検されたところ，皮下織あるいは腸から蠕虫類が得られた．これらは70%エタノール液で固定・保存後，WAMCへ送付された．材料はWAMCにて無染色あるいは酢酸カーミン液で染色が施され，実体顕微鏡および生物顕微鏡にて形態観察と体部測定が行われた．これらの標本は大阪市自然史博物館（OMNH Iv-6896～6900）およびWAMC（AS-18159～18161）に登録・保存された．結果得られた標本は，採集時の破損や固定の状態が種の同定に適さなかったことなどから，分類群の同定は属あるいは科のレベルに留めた．吸虫類Accacoeliidae 科腸管内から得られた吸虫は腹吸盤が著しく突出するAccacoeliidae科に所属し，次の3属が確認された（Gibson, 2002）．Accacladium sp. （Fig. 1）：標本は5個体であった［No. 169より2個体採集：OMNH Iv-6896；No. 170より3個体採集：WAMC AS-18159］．体長1.0～3.0 cm （Fig. 1-1），口吸盤（幅×長）は302～640×354～643 µm，腹吸盤327～1154×525～1030 µm，吸盤比（口吸盤幅を1とした時の腹吸盤幅）は1: 1.08～1.80．咽頭は卵形で単一（図1-2），卵黄腺は腹吸盤の後方に精巣を超えて分布し，腹吸盤は著しく突出することから，Gibson（2002） に基づき本属と同定した．Accacladocoelium sp. （Fig. 2）：標本は1個体であった [No. 170より採集：OMNH Iv-6897]．体長1.0 cm，口吸盤は538×632 µm，腹吸盤1135×986 µm，吸盤比1: 2.11であった．咽頭は卵形で単一，卵黄腺は腹吸盤から前方Fig. 1. OMNH Iv-6897の全体像（スケールバー: 2 mm）．鈴木夏海ほか36に位置し，腹吸盤はほぼ無柄であったことから（Fig. 2），Ahuir-Baraja et al. （2015a）， Gibson （2002）および Zhang et al.（2016） に基づき本属と同定した．特に，A. nigroflavumに類似していたが，標本数が1のみであり，種名は保留したい．Rhynchopharynx sp.（Fig. 3）：標本は1個体であった［No. 169より採集：OMNH Iv-6898］．虫体中央部以降が破損欠失しており （図 3-1），残存部の長さが約1.5 cmであったことから，体長は2 cm以上と考えられた．口吸盤は472×564 µm，腹吸盤は1245×1427 µm，吸盤比は1: 2.64であった．咽頭は3つの部位に分かれ，咽頭から続く食道は2つの嚢をもち，いずれも円形を呈しその大きさは多様であった（図3-2）．Gibson（2002）に基づき本属と同定した．Didymozoidae 科 Didymozoidae gen. sp.：標本はNo. 170の皮下織から筋層にかけて得られた1個体であった．細長い外観，口吸盤と腹吸盤の配置はDidymozoidae科の特徴を呈した（Bychowsky, 1979）．また，腸管分岐部より後方に腹吸盤が位置し，咽頭を欠くことから，この科のうち，Pozdnyakov and Gibson（2008）およびBychowsky（1979）のKoellikeria属に類似した．しかし，得られた標本はきわめて状態が悪く，科レベルの同定に留めた．また，観察後にさらに標本が破損したため，写真の撮影および標本の保存はいずれも断念した．　条虫類吸頭条虫科 BothriocephalidaeBothriocephalus sp. （Fig. 4）：標本はNo. 169の腸からの5個体であった [3個体：OMNH Iv-6899；2個体：WAMC AS-18160］．頭節（Fig. 4）には吸溝が認められ，無鉤であったことからBray et al.（1994）に基づき吸頭条虫科の本属と同定した．触手頭条虫科 Tentaculariidae Tentaculariidae gen. sp.（Fig. 5）：標本はNo. 169の皮下織からの2個体であった［OMNH Iv-6900；WAMC AS-18161］．被嚢（図5-1）から取り出した幼虫の原頭節には多数の小鉤を備えた4本の吻が観察され（図5-2および -3），嶋津（1975）がオキアミ類から記録したニベリン条虫Nybelinia surmenicola（Tentaculariidae）のプレロセルコイドと類似するが，その幼虫は非被嚢型であったという（嶋津 , 1975）．今回のものは被嚢が認められ，属未定とした．考察剖検されたマンボウの一時収容あるいは飼育展示中の餌は冷凍イカや人工飼料であったことから，今回の蠕虫類の感染は混獲前であったと考えられる．Accacoeliidae科吸虫の中間宿主は刺胞動物や有櫛動物であるとされる（Gibson, 2002）．また，Accacoelium contortumのように，この科で鰓に寄生する種では，強度な炎症を惹起することもある（Ahulr-Baraja et al., 2015b）．単生類では中間宿主を経ずに他個体や同個体に新たな寄生が成立する危険性があるので（Bychowsky, 1979），飼育下では注意が必要かもしれない．Tentaculariidae科条虫のプレロセルコイドが常に被嚢化する性質を具有するならば，浸潤性病変を形成することは無いので，ほぼ無害であると考えられた．しかし，濃厚寄生で体壁が著しく膨隆した場合，遊泳に負荷がかかることが想像されるので，注意が必要である．Fig. 3.
