Se pretende documentar la constitución de una empresa dedicada a la venta de productos farmacéuticos y servicios de salud humana, tales como consulta médica general, curaciones, inyectologia, alquiler y venta de productos ortopédicos, que
responda de manera oportuna y eficiente ante las enfermedades de tipo general de la población del sector comprendido entre la calle 17 A y la carrera 24 en el barrio Santa Elena y sus alrededores, tomando en cuenta que el sistema de salud tradicional presenta deficiencia en la atención de pacientes. La constitución se llevará a cabo mediante el diseño y aplicación de un estudio de mercado, el establecimiento de las necesidades del Target, también se realizará el diseño y aplicación de un formato de encuesta pertinente al tipo de idea de negocio lo cual permitirá tomar una base para establecer una estrategia de diferenciación frente a la competencia, además se estructurará protocolos de familia claros y puntuales, se diseñará flujo gramas de procesos para las diferentes áreas operativas y como última medida se realizaran diferentes presupuestos para trazar un horizonte o
