Abstract
Cilj rada je opisati način rada sustava automatskog upravljanja kod broda koji koristi dizel-električnu propulziju. Kao predmet istraživanja korišten je Kongsbergov simulator brodske strojarnice putničkog broda K-Sim ERS Diesel Electric-III. U radu su predstavljeni strojevi i sustavi koje ovakav pogon koristi kako bi se olakšalo razumijevanje rada upravljačkog sustava. Zbog složenosti i veličine pogona, dio sustava je izostavljen, a pažnja rada je usmjerena ka automatizaciji električne centrale i poriva broda, što uključuje glavnu propulziju i pramčane potisnike. Na temelju iznesenog je donesen zaključak o stupnju automatiziranosti i značaju automatizacije za razmatrani pogon.The main goal is to describe the operation of the automation system on a ship that uses diesel-electric propulsion. As a case study, Kongsberg's engine room simulator of a passenger ship, K-Sim ERS Diesel Electric-III, was used. The paperalso describes machines and systems of the engine room for better understanding of the thesis. Because of complexity and size of a system, not all parts of the system are described in detail, rather the focus is placedon theautomation of electric plant and ships propulsion, which includes the main propulsion and bow thrusters. A final conclusion was madeabout the degree of automation and significance of automation for the considered type of a ship engine room
