Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja je bilo ustanoviti na koji način folijarna primjena različitih oblika
dušičnog gnojiva može utjecati na kemijski sastav grožđa Graševina. Pokus je postavljen
2013. godine na sorti Graševina, na pokušalištu Jazbina. Korištena su četiri gnojidbena
tretmana, od kojih su tri folijarno primjenjeni, Drin, urea i amonij nitrat, dok je NPK tretman
primijenjen kao redovita gnojidba u tlo. Udio dušika mijenjao se u fazi pred cvatnju i fazi
bobice veličine graška gdje je tretman ureom imao najviše vrijednosti i značajno se razlikovao
od ostalih tretmana. Folijarna gnojidba nije utjecala na sadržaj šećera i ukupnih kiselina.
Folijarna gnojidba također nije utjecala na prinos i masu grozda, kao ni na sadržaj ukupnog
amino dušika.The main objective of this research was to determine in which way foliar application of
nitrogen can affect the chemical composition of Italian Riesling grapes. The experiment was
set up in 2013 on the Italian Riesling cultivar, at Jazbina experimental station. Four different
fertilizing treatments were used, three of which were applied foliarilly (Drin, urea and
ammonium nitrate), while NPK treatment was applied as a regular fertilizer to the soil. The
content of nitrogen in leaves was changed before the bloom phase and in the pea-size phase,
where the urea treatment affected the highest values and significantly diversed from other
treatments. Foliar fertilization did not affect the amount of sugar or total acidity in grapes,
neither did it affect the yield and weight of the grapes. It also did not affect the amount of
total amino nitrogen in grapes
