Abstract
Postojeći prodajni sustav Hrvatskih željeznica koncipiran je pedesetih godina. Terminali za
prodaju karata i kondukterska kliješta uskoro će postati dio povijesti, a njihovo korištenje u
današnjim uvjetima je skupo i degradira sustav. Većina europskih željeznica koristi sustav
naplate karata pomoću stabilnih i mobilnih aparata, dok je kod nas to još uvijek u razvojnoj
fazi. Novim sustavom za prodaju karata postigla bi se, gotovo u potpunosti, automatizacija i
informatizacija sustava za prodaju prijevoznih karata što je jedan od koraka u približavanju
europskim standardima kvalitete putničkog prijevoza.The existing ticketing system of Croatian railway was conceived in the fifties. Terminals for
ticket sals and the conductor's clippers soon will become a part of history, and their use in
today's conditions is expensive and degrades the system. Most European railways use system
payment tickets by stable and mobile appliances, while of us is this yet in development phase.
The new ticketing system would achieve, almost complete, automatisation and
computerisation and this is one step towards bringing us closer to European quality standards
of passenger transport
