Ovaj rad obrađuje probleme i posljedice lokomotornog sustava pacijentice s urođenom luksacijom kuka na temelju čije dijagnoze je napravljen kineziterapeutski program nakon ugradnje endoproteze zgloba kuka. Bila luksacija urođena ili stečena te bez obzira na način liječenja, u kraćem ili dužem periodu, ova bolest može progredirati u artrozu i displaziju kuka zbog čega je potrebna ugradnja endoproteze. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati ulogu kineziterapije u održavanju lokomotornog sustava pedesetošestogodišnje pacijentice s obostranom implantacijom kukova rođenom s izraženom luksacijom lijevog kuka i subluksacijom desnog.Thesis deals with problems of the locomotor system of a patient with an innate hip luxation Based on this diagnosis, a kinesitherapeutic program was made after she had an installation of a hip endoprosthesis.
