Kvalitetno obrazovanje budućih projekt menadžera trebalo bi sadržavati znanja i vještine koje će navedenom projekt menadžeru ili sudioniku projektnog tima biti potrebni za rad u organizaciji. Po završetku studijskog programa, projekt menadžer bi trebao biti svjestan što ga sve čeka u budućem poslovanju odnosno s kojim će se problemima suočavati te bi trebao biti obučen da iste može samostalno riješiti. Vrlo je važno već na fakultetu osvijestiti važnost upravljanja projektima. U radu se razmatra sadašnje obrazovanje studenata projektnih usmjerenja te razina zadovoljstva istim. Također se razmatra mišljenje projekt menadžera koji su sudjelovali ili sudjeluju na nekom projektu o osposobljenosti studenta za rad netom po završetku fakulteta. Naglašava se povezanost teorije i prakse poradi kvalitetnijeg budućeg teorijskog i praktičnog sinergijskog djelovanja na području upravljanja projektima.Quality education of future project managers should include knowledge and skills that the project manager or a participant of the project team will be required in order to work in the organization. Upon completion of the study program, the project manager should be aware of what is waiting for him/her in the future business and with which problems will need to face with and he/she should be trained to independently solve every one of it. It is very important already at the university to increase awareness of the importance of project management. This study discusses the current student’s education, students of project orientation classes and the level of satisfaction with the class. It also considers the opinion of project managers who participated or are participating in a project, of students when they go to work shortly after graduation. It emphasizes the connection between theory and practice for the sake of better future theoretical and practical synergistic action in the field of project management
