Synthesis and structural properties of F-doped LiFePO4/C composite

Abstract

Olivine type LiFePO4 is used as a cathode material for Li-ion batteries because of its high energy density (with capacity of 170 mAh/g and plateau voltage of 3.5 V vs. Li+ /Li), stability, safety, environmental friendliness and low cost.
