Improvement of criteria and indicators of educational levels of future nurses professional activities: the results of the investigation

Abstract

The article highlights the results of many years experimental and research work as to the formation of professional competence of future nurses in the process of teaching of chemical and biological disciplines. Here it is presented the results of diagnostics of the levels of chemical and biological competence of medical students at the initial and final stages of the research and statistical processing, which are under pedagogical conditions and developed author’s model. We have analyzed the approaches in psychological and pedagogical researches of recent years as to the selection of the criteria and indicators of the readiness of nurses for professional activity. The interpretation of the concepts "criteria" and "levels" is analyzed by the researchers and in dictionaries.Key words: nurses, professional competence, chemical and biological disciplines, interdisciplinary connections, criteria, indicators of levels.
