Abstract

My father has been a major influence to me in seeking the duty role of a principalship. I have many memories of my father\u27s role as principal through all stages of my life. It is interesting to reflect on my thoughts and perceptions of the principalship as I have grown from a small child to a young adult. When I was very young, my father\u27s school was the place we went to on Saturday.
