Aquaculture in the Classroom Teacher Workshop will be held at Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute at Florida Atlantic University, Fort Pierce, FL. This workshop will provide classroom aquaculture information in a user-friendly, efficient manner to educators who have limited aquaculture experience. The Teach Aquaculture curriculum will be introduced and selected lessons and activities will be demonstrated. Topics covered will include aquarium set-up, permitting for schools, recirculating aquaculture, live feeds, and nutrition. The cost of the workshop is $175.
