来华留学生满意度分析——以厦门某高校为例

Abstract
目的:调查留学生对高校满意度,以此提出改善高校留学生管理服务工作的可行性建议。方法:采用自编问卷的形式对厦门某高校108名留学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计结果分析。结果:影响留学生满意度的因素包括管理者是否听取反馈、工作人员态度友善、教学设施齐全、宿舍管理人性化、是否提供心理咨询、留学生自身中文水平等五个维度、十二个因素。结论:应规范健全留学生管理制度;加强服务管理团队建设;构建就业服务体系;加强宿舍规范管理,促进宿舍文化交流;增加宿舍硬件设施及软性服务;鼓励留学生参与各类校园文化活动;加强留学生心理建设
