Study on the Aging of Styrene Butadiene Rubber

Abstract

橡胶是高分子材料中重要的组成部分,其中,丁苯橡胶(SBR)是消耗量最多的通用型人工制造的橡胶品种,以其优越的性能而被大范围地应用。然而,在实际的贮存和使用之时,往往会受到种种环境因素的作用,如氧、光和热等,使其发生老化导致原有优良性能的降低。因此,研究橡胶材料老化行为与老化机理可为防老研究奠定基础。但目前的研究对于老化机理和微观结构分析较少,亦少有研究建立了人工老化和自然老化的关系。本文采用1H-NMR、FT-IR和UV-Vis方法对2种丁苯橡胶(SBR-1502和含填料二氧化硅的SBR-SiO2),进行老化研究,具体研究内容如下: 1.紫外光老化的研究 研究了SBR的紫外光老化,得出,S...Rubber plays an important role in polymer.
