水母(jellyfish)是海洋浮游动物中的重要类群之一，在我国沿海广泛分布，部分水母种类其触手、口唇、口触手及外伞上分布着大量的刺丝囊(cnidocyst)。刺丝囊是刺胞动物区别于其他动物门的一个重要特征，可根据其释放后刺丝结构进行分类，具有显著多样性。国内有关刺丝囊的研究较少，而且大部分研究都仅限于光镜条件下，因此对水母刺丝囊形态结构以及分类进行系统深入的研究是非常有必要的。本文以常见30种水母为研究对象，运用光学显微镜和电子显微镜技术对水母不同组织中的刺丝囊形态进行观察与比较，对刺丝囊形态、大小、分布以及分类鉴定等方面进行系统的研究。 本研究主要结果如下： 1).在30种水母中，共鉴...Jellyfish, classified as Cnidarian, is an important taxon of zooplankton, and distributes all over the world.
