Determination of Number of Measuring Points in Roundness Measurement

Abstract

圆度是经常需要定量测量的形状误差参数 ,测量点数的多少影响测量精度和测量成本。综合考虑圆表面的确定性成分和随机成分 ,设计出基于 FFT全域插值的二次判别法对测量点数的合理性进行判别。给出二次判别法的定量判别依据、判别程序 ,并最终得到圆度的估计值以及不确定度Roundness is a kind of shape error, which usually needs to be expressed quantitavely in geometrical measurements. The number of measuring points will influence the measuring precision and cost. In this paper, a criterion called twice measuring processes was designed to determine the number of measuring points. The gist and program of the judgement were given and the estimated value of roumdness and its uncertainty were obtained by this method
