miRNA-17~92 Inhibits Colorectal Cancer Progression by Targeting Angiogenesis

Abstract

miRNA中的miR-17~92簇在包括结直肠癌(Colorectalcancer,CRC)等人类癌症中广泛表达。已有的研究表明miR-17~92在某些肿瘤模型中可促进肿瘤发生和癌组织血管生成。然而,其在CRC发生和进展中的作用仍然未知。在本研究中,我们意外发现,在用氧化偶氮甲烷(AOM)和右旋糖酐硫酸钠(DSS)诱导的CRC动物模型中,大肠、小肠上皮细胞过表达miR-17~92的转基因小鼠可见肿瘤体积变小、肿瘤血管减少。进一步研究发现,miR-17~92是通过作用于多种诱导肿瘤血管生成的基因如TGFBR2、VEGFA以及HIF1α抑制肿瘤血管生成从而起到上述作用的。综上所述,在本研究中我们首...The miR-17~92 microRNA (miRNA) cluster is upregulated in a broad spectrum of human cancers including colorectal cancer (CRC).
