Study on Alleviation Mechanism of Hydrogen Sulfide on Copper Stress in Rice Seedlings

Abstract

硫化氢(hydrogensulfide,H2S)是继一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)、一氧化碳和(carbonmonooxide,CO)之后被广泛关注的气体信号分子,低浓度的H2S在动物、植物和微生物中被证实参与了众多生理生化过程,调节了有机体的生长发育。H2S在植物应对盐害、干旱、重金属胁迫、冷热胁迫中发挥重要作用,增强植物对逆境的抵抗力。 铜污染是环境污染中不容忽视的一类重金属污染。本文中,我们以水稻(Oryzasativa)为材料,研究了H2S对铜胁迫的影响。结果显示低浓度的H2S(供体为NaHS)能在一定程度上缓解水稻幼苗铜胁迫。主要结果如下: 水稻幼苗生长到第7天开始处理...Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) was found to be a promising gaseous transmitter in organism after nitric oxide (NO) and carbon monoxide (CO).
