摘要 以参股银行为形式进行产融结合，对于非金融上市企业的并购活动具有重要的影响。一方面，参股银行能为企业提供融资便利，同时对外释放积极信号以增强外部融资能力，进而刺激企业增加投资，并购作为企业投资活动的重要组成部分也将受到激励。另一方面，寻求多元化经营是企业进行产融结合的原因之一，参股银行有利于实现规模经济和优势互补，能在企业的并购整合过程中发挥积极作用，从而提高企业并购绩效；但同时参股银行带来的投资激励可能导致投资过度问题，即进行一些低效的并购，从而导致并购绩效不佳。 本文手动搜集了2006年以来企业参股银行的案例，并整理了2007至2014年间非金融类国有企业和非国有企业发起的合计20...Abstract Holding shares of banks to realize industry and financial combination has an important influence on enterprise mergers and acquisitions.
