Abstract

玫瑰杆菌类群(Roseobacterbacteriaclade)是海洋微型生物α-变形菌中红螺菌科的主要分支,在海洋中分布广泛、普遍存在,并参与海洋碳循环和硫循环。该类群系统发育相近,但具有非常丰富的形态和生理特征。玫瑰杆菌生活环境多样复杂,生存代谢方式受到环境的影响呈现多样化,并具有一定的灵活性。人们对分布在近岸、表层及深海沉积物的可培养的玫瑰杆菌已有相当认识,但处于深海这片广阔区域的玫瑰杆菌却少有分离及培养。本研究基于深海玫瑰杆菌ThiobacimonasprofundaJLT2016的全基因组测序结果,发现其具有多样可变的代谢方式,例如具有异养代谢中心环节糖酵解途径及三羧酸循环途径的关键...The Roseobacter clade is a major lineage of the Rhodobacteraceae within the Alphaproteobacteria.
