Study on Data Collection and Processing System of High-precision Aspheric Surface Measured

Abstract

根据高精度非球面补偿加工的要求,提出一种高精度非球面测量及数据处理系统.系统基于工控PC机和Windows98操作系统,用VisualC++作为开发工具,完成了硬件设计、数据采集、数据处理和非球面测量误差的评价.通过实验得到测量系统的随机误差,验证了系统的可靠性.According to the requirement of the high precision aspheric surface compensation manufacturing, a high precision measurement and data processing system was designed and regulated. It is based on industrial PC and Windows98 operating system. Using the development tool of Visual C++, system hardware design, data collection and processing, and measurement error evaluation of aspheric surface have been finished.
