A novel batch-fed hydrolytic-aerobic recycling process was used in the treatment of PEG-containing waste water and the performance of the process was studied.When the concentration of PEG6000 and COD_ Cr were 1.0 g·L~ -1 and 2300 mg·L~~ -1 respectively,the hydrolytic-aerobic recycling process could better degrade PEG than the single hydrolytic or aerobic sequencing batch reactor(SBR)process.The recycling rate and volume ratio of hydrolytic and aerobic system were two important parameters,which influenced the treatment capacity of the recycling process.国家自然科学基金项目(20076037).~

Watson和 Jones[ 3]利用污泥中分离出的好氧微生物降解 PEG , 发现 PEG 的分子量越高 , 降解率越低. 而 Yamashita等[ 8]也发现 , 革兰阳性菌 Pseudonocardia 可经由多数人认可的有氧代谢途径降解 PEG6000. 厌氧处理对于降解大分子 PEG 尤为重要. Schink 等[ 7]进一步发现 , PEG 的中间代谢产物会抑制其进一步降解. 同时 , 本课题组的研究表明 , 水解-循环SBR工艺可有效地降解高浓度有机废水[ 9], 因此 ,本文拟采用此工艺并利用好氧 、水解活性污泥以降解 PEG6000.1　材料和方法1. 1　污泥由厦门市污水处理厂泵站采集来的好氧活性污泥经驯化后接种于好氧反应器;由厦门市污水处理厂储泥池进泥口采集来的水解污泥经驯化后接种于水解反应器.1. 2　模拟废水的配制所配制的每升模拟废水中含:1.0 g PEG6000、0. 819 g K2HPO 4 、 0. 375 g KH 2PO4 、 0. 5 gNH 4Cl 、 0. 25 g MgSO 4  7H 2O 、 0. 5 g 酵母粉 、1. 0 m l 痕量元素 (TE);1. 0 ml 痕量元素中含:CaCl2 0. 04 mg , FeSO4  7H2O 0.04 mg , MnSO4  H 2O 0. 03 mg , ZnSO4  7H2O 0. 02 mg , CuSO4  5H 2O 0. 005 mg , CoCl2  6H 2O 0. 005 mg ,Na2MO 4 2H 2O 0. 005 mg .Fig. 1　Experimental f low shee t1—hydrolyt ic reactor;2—aerot ic reactor;3 , 5—pum p;4—air compresso r;6—aerat ion equipment;7—gas f lowmeter;8 , 9—container;10— t imecon t rol ler;11— laminal cover;12—elect rical beater1. 3　工艺流程与装置间歇式水解-好氧循环工艺的装置与流程如图1所示 , 实验装置主要由水解和好氧两个反应器组成. 水解反应器有效液体容积 4 L , 磁力搅拌器控制搅拌速度为 90 r min- 1, 温度设定为 37℃;好氧反应器有效液体容积 4 L , 由空压机进行曝气 ,曝气头鼓气量设定为 0. 5 L  min-1, 温度设定为30℃. 两反应器的污泥浓度保持在 2000 mg  L-1左右. 通过关闭或开启蠕动泵 3 、 5可以进行 PEG废水的水解 /好氧单元处理或循环处理 , 并控制循环流速.1. 4　分析测定方法反应周期内定时取适量待测液 , 在 3500 r  min- 1转速下离心 15 min除去悬浮菌体后分别测定CODCr值 、 PEG含量和 pH 值 , 以分析生物降解效果. 化学耗氧量采用重铬酸钾法测定;PEG 含量测定采用韩润平等[ 10]提出的硫氰铁铵-氯仿分光光度法.2　结果与讨论2. 1　单元降解与循环降解过程的比较单元降解工艺及循环降解工艺对含 PEG6000废水的处理效果如图 2所示.Fig. 2　Comparison of PEG deg radation abilityof single and recycling pr ocess(tw o reactors’ volume ratio:1∶1;recycling volume rate:2 ml min - 1)　PEG 废水采用单元处理工艺在水解反应器中处理6 d后 , CODCr去除率为 35%, PEG 降解率达到 23%, 体系pH 值基本维持在7左右 , 无明显的酸化现象. 采用循环处理工艺后 , 水解反应器处理 PEG 废水的能力显著提高. 6 d后水解反应器内的 CODCr去除率达到 71%, PEG 的降解率达到 66%.PEG 废水采用单元处理工艺在好氧反应器中处理6 d后 , CODCr去除率为 63%, PEG 降解率达 2732 化　　　工　　　学　　　报　 　第 57 卷　到60%, 体系 pH 值维持在 7左右. 采用循环降解工艺后 , 6 d后好氧反应器内的 CODCr去除率达到72%, PEG 的降解率达到 69%.在本实验装置中 , 好氧单元处理较水解单元处理更有利于 PEG的生物降解. 这是因为 , PEG 的水解反应将大分子 PEG6000 解聚为小分子 EG 、DEG , 同时产生乙醛 、 乙醇 、 乙酸等中间产物 ,而这些小分子在水解体系中难以进一步代谢 , 且所积累的较大浓度 EG 、 乙醛等也会抑制微生物对PEG的进一步利用[ 6-7]. 循环工艺则利用好氧反应器的优势解决了这一问题 , 大幅度提高了 PEG 废水的降解能力. 由于 EG 等小分子在好氧体系中的降解 较为容易 , 并可促进好 氧微生物降 解PEG[ 3-5], 采用循环工艺后 , 水解反应器中的降解产物通过循环进入好氧反应器中 , 降低了这些中间产物的抑制作用 , 水解降解过程的效率得到提高.而好氧反应器中的部分 PEG6000通过循环进入水解反应器中 , 减轻了大分子物质给好氧生物降解带来的负荷 , 且来自水解反应器的 EG等小分子可促进好氧微生物对 PEG 的降解 , 从而提高了好氧降解过程的效率.2. 2　水解-好氧循环工艺条件的影响2. 2. 1　水解-好氧体积比的影响　固定循环流速为2 ml min- 1, 改变水解和好氧反应器内的废水体积 , 考察不同体积比 1∶1 (水解 3 L , 好氧 3 L)、2∶1 (水解 4 L , 好氧 2 L)、 1∶2 (水解 2 L , 好Fig. 3　Influence o f volume ratio of hydro ly tic andae robic reacto r on PEG deg radation andCODCr removal　氧 4 L) 情况下 , 循环工艺对 PEG 废水的降解效果 , 见图 3.由图 3可见 , 不同的水解-好氧体积比对 PEG废水的降解效果具有一定的影响. 在相同处理时间(5 d) 内 , 当体积比为 1∶1时 , 循环工艺的水解和好氧反应器中 CODCr浓度的去除速率最大 , 去除率最高 , 水解反应器和好氧反应器的 CODCr去除率分别达 66%和 71%;同时 , 当体积比为 1∶1时 ,PEG 降解速率在 2 ～ 4 d 时较快 , 6 d后的 PEG 浓度与其他两种体积比条件下的 PEG 浓度接近 , 水解反应器和好氧反应器的 PEG降解率分别达 66%和 69%. 这说明当循环溶液在两个反应器中的水力停留时间相同时 , PEG 废水的处理效果最好 ,废水在水解反应器或好氧反应器中的水力停留时间过长 , 都不利于很好地协同利用二者的优势.2. 2. 2　循环流速的影响　固定水解-好氧反应器内废水体积比为1∶1 (水解 3 L , 好氧3 L), 分别考察不同循环流速 (1 、 2 、 4 ml min-1) 的循环工艺的降解效果 , 结果如图 4所示.Fig. 4　Influence o f recycling volume rate onPEG degr adation and CODC r removal　由图 4可见 , 在所考察的时间范围内 , 循环流速对 CODCr浓度的去除速率影响不大. 在 3种流速下 , 水解和好氧反应器内的 CODCr浓度的变化曲线都较接近;而循环流速对 PEG 的降解率有一定的影响 , 当循环流速为 1 、 4 m l min- 1时 , 水解和好氧反应器内 PEG 的浓度变化曲线较为接近 , 降解效果优于 2 ml min- 1时. 从经济角度考虑 , 选择 1 ml min- 1的循环流速较为有利. 2733 　第 11 期　 　杨翠娴等:间歇式水解-好氧循环工艺处理聚乙二醇废水3　结　论水解-好氧循环工艺将水解和好氧两种反应器耦联起来 , 协同利用水解反应解聚大分子 PEG 以及好氧反应降解小分子中间产物的优势 , 大大提高了两种反应器的效率 , 较大限度地提高了它们对PEG废水的处理能力. 当水解-好氧体积比为 1∶1 、循环流速为 1 m l min- 1时 , 该体系对 PEG6000的处理效果较好.References[ 1] 　Zhao X , Uran o K , Ogasaw ara S.
