Abstract

光化学蒸气发生技术(PCVG)应用于痕量元素分析方面具有诸多优势:由于它是一种气体进样技术,其样品传输效率几乎接近100%;实现了分析物与样品基体的分离,从而减少基体对检测过程的干扰;挥发性产物经气液分离后被引入检测器,避免了液体进样时原子化器/离子源温度降低,进而影响方法性能的情况;添加的小分子有机试剂还原性较弱,过程中产生的氢气量较少,有利于后续检测仪器的稳定;试剂最终光解为H2O、CO2等小分子,对环境十分友好。正因为这些优点,PCVG受到越来越多分析工作者的关注,并开展了大量的元素分析、形态分析、机理研究、相关硬件研发等方面的研究工作。可见,PCVG技术在痕量元素分析方面有很好的应用前...As one of the most promising CVG techniques, photochemical vapor generation (PCVG) has numerous advantages on the application of trace element analysis.
