采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、实地考察等研究方法,对上海市中学学校体育政策执行现状进行实证分析。结果显示:在个人执行力方面,领导对学校体育政策执行的重视程度较高,但重视的“口号性“多于实际行动,降低了执行力;在组织执行力方面,执行机制有待完善,制度的合理性、有效性和健全性欠佳;在执行资源方面,利用率有待提升;在执行效力方面,应保障正常的体育教学、课外体育活动等。The study, with the methods of literature review,interview, questionnaire and field work, analyzes the present status of the implementation of middle school sport policy.The results find that leaders generally attach importance to the performance of school sport policy in term of their personal execution; meanwhile they pay more attention to the "slogan "rather than the practical "action",which undermines the practical effect.In term of the organizing execution,the mechanism for the execution needs to be improved as it lacks a rational,effective and complete system.In term of resource execution,an increase of the resource utilization is recommended; while in term of effect,it needs to be further improved as well
