Abstract

在全球气候变化背景下,潮间带经历剧烈的环境变化,环境变化对于调节物种的分布以及种群丰度扮演着重要作用。在极端条件下会引起物种大量死亡或者限制物种的分布,特别是高温,是决定物种分布高度的上限的关键因子。在夏季亚热带季风气候区域,潮间带生物在暴露时候会面临着干露或者是强大雨水的侵袭,环境压力就会成为干露与温度和雨水与温度压力的结合。这些多重环境因子的变化会影响生物行为、生理和进化适应,进而改变潮间带种群动态和群落结构。生理适应是生物体应对环境变化的重要策略,潮间带帽贝(嫁虫戚)(Cellanatoreuma)是研究环境变化与潮间带生物分布的理想模式动物。 我们利用分子生物学手段研究温度和盐度胁迫...The intertidal ecosystem is one of the most threatened ecosystems in the scenario of global change.
