The physiologic mechanism of the sexual growth dimorphism in the Tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis)

Abstract

半滑舌鳎(Cynoglossussemilaevis)是我国重要的名贵海水鱼类和理想的增养殖对象。本研究针对其同龄雌雄个体大小和生长速度差异悬殊、养殖雄性个体不具有经济效益的产业现状,以来自同一亲本的同龄雌雄半滑舌鳎为研究对象,通过对神经内分泌生长轴中关键调控因子的基因克隆与表达分析,从蛋白质-mRNA-DNA三个层面探讨半滑舌鳎雌雄个体生长发育差别,揭示雄性短小性状的生长调控机制,为这一名贵海水鱼类的苗种培育和增养殖业发展提供理论基础。 本研究主要内容包括:(1)PACAP、GHRH、GH、GHR-Ⅰ、GHR-Ⅱ、IGF-Ⅰ基因的结构特征与多态性;(2)六个基因在不同组织和不同发育阶段的表...The Tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis) is an important marine flatfish of potentially great aquacultural value in China.
