Abstract

酞菁化合物是一类具有共面的18π电子共轭大环体系的化合物,其苯环上可引入各类取代基,具有结构可修饰性好和剪裁性强的特点,通过改变酞菁及其衍生物酞菁环上取代基的种类和位置、中心配位原子的种类以及轴向配体,可使其具有显著不同的物理化学性质、分子光谱性质、光电性质、电化学性质、氧化还原性质等。酞菁化合物易于合成,化学性质稳定,有的具有较高荧光量子产率,且发射在红区并可进行长波激发,是一类理想的荧光试剂。 阳离子酞菁荧光化合物是近年来兴起的一种新型的荧光探针,与普通酞菁相比,阳离子酞菁因带有正电荷而具有良好的水溶性。该类化合物具有红区发射的特性,可有效避开背景荧光和散射光的干扰,且光漂白作用小。在一...Cationic phthalocyanines are novel phthalocynanine compounds developed in recent years.
