Research and Implementation of Underwater Acoustic Speech Transmission and Speech Concealed Communication Based on MELP

Abstract

本文在对美国联邦语音编码标准——2.4Kbps混合激励线性预测(MixedExcitationLinearPrediction,MELP)算法进行详细研究的基础上,提出了一种甚低速率的改进型800bpsMELP语音压缩编解码算法,该算法具有三帧联合量化、三帧参数根据清音/浊音的不同组合进行分类量化、以及对语音信号的参数进行矢量量化等诸多特点。 与此同时,本文研究了基于变换域的信息隐藏算法,采用提升小波变换的方法和本文提出的800bpsMELP语音压缩编码算法,完成了“基于提升小波变换的语音隐藏”算法设计,该算法嵌入容量大,适合在可用频带窄的水声信道中应用。 理论仿真及实际水声信道实验证明:...Through the detailed research on the U.
