为探讨滤食性贝类在贝虾混养池中的作用地位,本论文在实验室条件下研究了菲律宾蛤仔的不同壳长、饵料浓度、温度、盐度和昼夜节律对其摄食率的影响以及壳长、饵料种类、温度和盐度对其排泄率的影响。 实验结果显示:壳长对菲律宾蛤仔摄食率的影响达很显著的水平(P0.05),在饵料浓度达到一定的浓度时,菲律宾蛤仔摄食率基本上保持不变;温度对菲律宾蛤仔摄食率影响很明显(P0.05),在投喂三种不同的藻类时,菲律宾蛤仔排氨率排磷率均基本上保持不变;温度对菲律宾蛤仔排泄率影响很明显(PIn order to probing into the role of suspension-feeding mollusk in the mixed cultivation shrimp-pond ecosystem, under laboratory condition, this paper focused on the effects of the length of shell, concentration of algae food, temperature, salinity and day-night rhythm on the feeding rate, the effects of the length of shell, species of algae food, temperature and salinity on the excretion rate of ...学位:理学硕士院系专业:生命科学学院生物学系_动物学学号:19992602
