1.Study on interaction between Axin and tankyrase 2; 2.Characteristic and functional study of RU486 as a PPARγ agonist

Abstract

Tankyrase是一种进化上保守,多元化的蛋白,它由于被发现能够影响端粒结合蛋白对端粒的稳定作用,而作为与衰老和癌症密切相关的蛋白,成为继端粒酶后又一个细胞癌变机制和癌症治疗研究的新热点。Axin则是一种具有多功能结构域的构架蛋白,它可与多种信号转导途径的重要蛋白相互作用,并以此调控细胞命运和抑制肿瘤发生。研究发现Tankyrase2(Tnks2)能够通过与Axin相互作用,经由泛素-蛋白酶体途径促进Axin的降解而激活Wnt信号通路。同时,我们课题组也发现Axin能够与Tnks2和KIF3A结合形成三聚体而促进胰岛素诱导的葡萄糖转运蛋白Glut4的转座。本论文中,我们从结构生物学的角度对这...Tankyrase is a evolutionarily conserved and multi-faceted protein.
