Study on Abiotic Degradation and Mechanism of 23 Azole Pesticides in Waters

Abstract

唑类农药是近年来发展最为快速的“新型”农药之一,主要作为杀菌剂和植物生长调节剂在世界范围内广泛使用。本文针对23种常用唑类农药,采用液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(LLE-GC-MS)建立其在水中的一齐分析方法,分别在室外自然条件与室内控制条件下,研究了目标唑类农药在不同水中的非生物降解行为、影响因素及其降解机理,以期为水环境中唑类农药的残留持久性和风险评估提供科学手段和数据。 主要研究内容和结果如下: (1)天然水中23种唑类农药的LLE-GC-MS同时分析方法 采用液液萃取、GC-MS检测、内标法和替代物法质控,建立了23种唑类农药在超纯水、河水和海水中的一齐分析方法。目标农药在2...Widely used as a fungicide and plant growth regulator in the world, azole pesticides are one of the fastest developing "new" pesticides in recent years.
