Synthesis of Pd Nanoparticles Confined within Mesoporous Channels of SBA-15 and the Catalytic Properties for Aerobic Selective Oxidation of Alcohols

Abstract

金属纳米粒子是加氢、氧化等反应中的有效催化剂。由于纳米粒子缺乏稳定性,制备分布均匀且稳定存在的金属纳米粒子并不容易。介孔二氧化硅分子筛SBA-15等具有大的比表面,均一的孔道结构,利用其规整纳米空间的限域作用可制备粒径可控的金属纳米粒子。本论文旨在合成限域于SBA-15孔道内的Pd纳米粒子,并将此金属Pd多相催化剂用于以氧气为氧化剂的醇的选择氧化反应。本论文的工作由以下两部分组成:1.限域于介孔分子筛SBA-15孔道内的Pd纳米粒子的合成与表征。采用乙醇萃取法取代高温焙烧法去除SBA-15中的模板剂P123,保留表面的Si-OH,利用[Pd(NH3)4]2+与碱性条件下由Si-OH生成的Si-...Nano-sized metal particles have shown promising applications in heterogeneous catalysis due to their unique catalytic performance.
