野菊花为菊科植物野菊、北野菊或岩香菊的头状花序。野菊花中主要含有挥发油、野菊花素A、刺槐苷（acaciin）、蒙花苷等成分。具有治疗各种炎症，治疗各种病毒性疾病以及清热解毒等功效，具有较高的药用保健价值，并且临床不良反应较少，慢性给药亦无蓄积中毒现象。 野菊花中含有刺槐苷，而刺槐苷的水解产物刺槐素（acacetin）具有抗炎、抗过氧化、抑菌、促进白血球吞噬等作用。刺槐素可以抑制肿瘤细胞的生长，具有良好的抗肿瘤应用前景，有望成为抗肿瘤的新药。 但国内外关于刺槐素提取分离工艺的文献报道较少。为了更深入的研究刺槐素，本实验目的便在于设计出一个可行的提取方法。本文采用均匀设计实验，以HPLC法测定...Chrysanthemum is Capitulum of Chrysanthemum, Chrysanthemum, or Northern Rock Xiangju.
