细胞注射作为基本的生物微操作技术，在转基因、克隆、人工受精、医药研究等方面发挥着重要作用。当前，细胞注射主要以手动或者半自动化的注射方式来完成，但是细胞注射的高度技巧性、复杂性和不稳定性使手动和半自动化注射方式效率低下、重复性差。本文研究一套能够自动批量完成细胞注射的系统，以提高细胞的注射效率和成功率，减轻操作人员的负担。本文的主要工作有以下几个方面： 1．细胞自动批量注射系统的综述。对细胞注射在生物研究中的作用和现有细胞注射系统以及采用的技术进行综述，引出细胞批量注射系统的研究意义。 2．细胞批量注射系统的体系结构。介绍系统中各个设备的性能参数以及细胞批量固定芯片的设计和制作。 3．细...As a basic technology of bio-micromanipulation, cells injection plays an important role in many research fields, such as transgenics, clonning, artificial insemination, drug development, and so on.
