Effects of B(a)P on Reproductive Function of Animal and the Regulation Mechanism

Abstract

苯并(a)芘[Benzo(a)Pyrene,B(a)P]是一种广泛存在于环境中的具有致癌作用的多环芳烃类化合物,容易在人体内累积导致肿瘤的发生,已被公认为是致癌性多环芳烃的代表。国内外学者对B(a)P的致癌毒性进行了大量的研究,但对其生殖发育毒性的研究较少。同时,对B(a)P致癌机理和相关信号通路调控机制的大多数研究均建立在体外实验的基础上,体内实验的相关报道并不多见。 本文以模式生物C.elegans为受试对象,研究苯并(a)芘对C.elegans发育的影响,结果发现:暴露于苯并(a)芘中C.elegans产卵率显著降低,苯并(a)芘可诱导C.elegans生殖细胞的凋亡,并且具有显著的时...Benzo(a)Pyrene [B(a)P], a member of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), widely exists in the environment and has carcinogenic and mutagenic effects.
