筛选到一株对枯萎病病原菌-尖孢镰刀菌（Fusariumoxysporum）具有拮抗抑制作用的淡紫拟青霉（Peacilomycesilacinus）菌株NH-PL-03，抗性物质初步筛选结果表明其胞外粗多糖具有抑菌活性。本论文对该菌株的胞内、外多糖进行了提取、纯化研究，并对纯化所得的两个单组分多糖IP-1和EP-1进行了结构分析以及抑菌活性测定。主要研究内容与结果如下： 1、通过形态学和rDNA-ITS序列分析，鉴定出分离保存的菌株为淡紫拟青霉。对其培养特性进行了研究。 2、淡紫拟青霉发酵液的胞内、胞外物质经过醇析法加乙醇3倍即可得到多糖粗提物。经过测试反应验证，该粗提物为多糖，并具有凝胶多...An anti-Fusarium oxysporum activity strain NH-PL-03 of Paecilomyces lilacinus was obtained by screening from the soil in Fuzhou City of Fujian Province in 2003.
