Study on Culturing Soil Nematodes and Heavy Metal Toxicity to Free-living Nematodes

Abstract

本论文分四个部分。一、前言本文介绍线虫研究的意义及其发展历史。简要阐述自由生活线虫的研究概况,着重介绍自由生活线虫作为重金属急性毒性与联合毒性试验材料的可行性。并简要说明土壤异皮线虫的危害以及研究目的。二、对土壤自由生活线虫的培养(1)自由生活小杆线虫(Rhabditissp.)在18、23、28、33℃下用NGM培养基培养,结果在18℃能够保存的时间最长,而在23℃下线虫发育好繁殖快速。在28℃和33℃下,不适合自由生活线虫的培养。(2)自由生活小杆线虫(Rhabditissp.)与秀丽新小杆线虫(Caenorhabditiselegans)相比繁殖情况相近。(3)在黑暗条件下比光照条件更适...This paper comprises of four parts.
