本论文磨合当前所关注的有关深海微生物、生物能源、废物综合利用3个热点问题,采用荧光观测和气相色谱质谱联用等技术,筛选深海油脂酵母,利用糖蜜发酵生产微生物油脂并初步探讨将其转化为柴油的工艺。本研究主要由国家海洋局基本科研业务费专项资金项目(2010009)资助,于海洋三所国家海洋局海洋生物遗传重点实验室完成。主要结果如下: 采用培养基添加尼罗红后检测菌落荧光情况(在紫外灯下)的方法对大洋DY115-19、DY115-20航次分离获得的385株酵母进行产油菌株的初筛,总共获得22株产油酵母,其中20株来自西太平洋暖池区,2株来自东太平洋多金属结合区。所得产油酵母经葡萄糖摇瓶发酵培养后,采用有机溶...In this paper, three hot topics of deep-sea microbes, biofuels, comprehensive utilization of waste materials were concerned.
