Abstract

Wnt信号通路控制多种细胞的命运,参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等基本过程,在正常组织发育以及肿瘤形成中都起着非常重要的作用。经典Wnt信号转导通路,通过关键因子β-catenin(果蝇中为Armadillo)对靶基因转录进行调控。WNT信号存在的情况下,β-catenin进入核内,与TCF结合,并募集许多转录激活相关因子,从而激活靶基因转录。pygopus通过PHD与Lgs/BCL9直接结合,并由此与β-catenin的N端间接结合。目前已经证实β-catenin与某些组蛋白甲基化转移酶(HMT)复合体成员有关,并且这种相互作用是β-catenin参与Wnt靶基因转录激活的关键机制。染色体重组相...Wnt signalling pathway plays a signifficant role in determining cell fate and cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis, which is also very important during the normal tissue development or tumorigenesis.
