Studies on Pd/MgO Catalysts for Oxidative Esterification of Methacrolein to Methyl methacrylate

Abstract

本论文针对在氧气和甲醇存在下,甲基丙烯醛氧化酯化直接制甲基丙烯酸甲酯反应的催化剂,从催化性能及结构特征两个方面,开展了较为系统的研究。 论文选择Pd为活性组分,首先探索了各种金属氧化物负载Pd催化剂的催化性能,发现Pd/MgO催化剂表现了较为优异的活性和选择性。随后,通过对不同还原剂还原制备的Pd/MgO催化剂的催化性能的比较研究,发现还原剂及还原条件均可能影响Pd/MgO的催化性能,其中以甲醛为还原剂在较强的碱性条件下还原制备的Pd/MgO具有较佳甲基丙烯醛转化率和甲基丙烯酸甲酯选择性。论文进一步考察了Pb、Bi、Fe、Sn等助剂对Pd/MgO的催化性能的影响。发现Pb的添加可在保持Pd/...This dissertation contributes to the studies on the catalyst for oxidative esterification of methacrolein (MAL) to methyl methacrylate (MMA) in the presence of O2 and methanol.
