Synthesis of YAG: Tb3+ Nano-sized Phosphors and Property Improvement of YAG: Ce3+ Phosphors

Abstract

近年来,世界各国纷纷投入专项研究资金用于发展纳米技术,由此,催生了一系列纳米材料制备的新方法,其中纳米粉体的制备倍受重视,本文探索性地研究了用高分子网络凝胶法在低温下制备纳米YAG:Tb3+(Y3Al5O12:Tb3+)绿光荧光粉。在另一方面,目前全球正在倡导半导体照明,白光LED将作为未来的主流照明产品,替代现有白炽灯和荧光灯。目前商用白光LED大多采用光转换方式,即将YAG:Ce3+(Y3Al5O12:Ce3+)荧光粉涂敷在蓝光LED芯片表面,由LED发出的蓝光激发荧光粉发出黄光,再由蓝光和黄光混合而生成白光。因此,本文报导了所开展的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉的合成与发光特性的研究。其主要成果...Recently years, nano-materials have been extremely developed all over the world, especially in the areas of nano-powders.
