Optimization of C-phycocyanin Photoproduction in Spirulina platensis and Extraction Conditions

Abstract

近年来,随着海洋生物学研究的不断深入,发现了许多海洋生物尤其是大量藻类具有特殊的药用和营养价值。其中螺旋藻(Spinulinaplatensis)中的藻蓝蛋白(C-phycocyanin,C-PC)以其特有的营养和保健价值受到广泛的重视。藻蓝蛋白具有水溶性好、无毒且着色力强等优点,因而被广泛用于食品着色剂和化妆品添加剂,另外藻蓝蛋白具有抗氧化、抗突变、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、增强免疫力、清除自由基、保肝、降血脂等功效,这为螺旋藻在功能性食品和药品领域的应用开发提供了依据。 本文以螺旋藻为研究对象,首先设计了一个性能优良的光生物反应器,选用Zarrouk培养基,在初始培养条件:氮源为30mM硝酸钠,碳...In recent years, many marine organisms, especially a lot of algaes were found with the intensive study of marine biology.
