我国城市居住空间分异现象是伴随着80年代的市场经济体制改革及90年代开始的住房商品化进程逐渐衍生出来的。针对北京、上海、广州等大城市的研究表明，我国城市居住空间分异现象已在多种尺度上出现。本研究以梧村街道金祥社区为例，考察现阶段厦门市的居住空间分异及其分异的程度。对厦门的研究将有助于了解类似于厦门的我国其他中小城市居住空间分异现象的发展状况，从而更好、更全面地把握我国城市居住空间分异现象的总体进程。 本研究在划分不同类型住宅区的基础上，对不同类型住宅区居民的收入、职业、文化程度、社区认同以及社区交往分别进行了单因素方差分析，结果发现不同类型的住宅区不仅在居民的收入、职业、文化程度上存在明显分...With the reform of Market Economic Structure in the 80`s and the commercialization process of housing which began in the 90`s, the urban residential differentiation in china appeared gradually.
