通讯联系人: 戴李宗, 主要从事高分子化学与物理研究, E-mail: lzdai@ xmu. edu. cn[中文文摘]系统研究了成膜基料、隔热颜料、空心玻璃微珠含量、涂层厚度以及耐玷污透明涂层各种因素对热反射隔热涂料隔 热效果和隔热持久性的影响及作用规律。结果表明, 以丙烯酸酯乳液为成膜基料, 二氧化钛质量分数为20%, 空心玻璃 微珠含量为11%, 涂层厚度为11 2mm 时并辅助含氟硅的耐玷污透明涂层, 制备出的热反射隔热涂料的太阳光反射率为 91% , 半球发射率为86%, 均超过了JG/ T235- 20085建筑反射隔热涂料6 行业标准中的技术指标, 且具有良好的自清洁 性能, 项目成果实现了产业化。[英文文摘]The propert ies of heat-ref lect ive insulation coat ings and their inf luencing factors including film-forming material, insulation pigment , the content of hollow g lass microspheres, coat ing thickness and pollut ion resistant coating were invest ig ated. The paint w as obtained using acrylic emulsion as the base material and consisted of 20% amount of pigment , 11% amount of hollow glass microspheres and a pollut ion resistant transparent coat ing. T he film thickness reached 1. 2 mm and it show ed a good heat-ref lect ive performance w ith the solar ref lectance and hemispher-i cal emit tance of the prepared paint being 91% and 86%, respect ively. With the assistance of pollution resistant transparent coat ing containing f luorine and silicon, the prepared paint had a good ability of sel-f cleaning. T he project achievement has been industrialized.
