El presente trabajo de pintura digital, parte de la modalidad investigación
para la creación, sistematizando el modus operandi y los elementos estéticos que
caracterizan a las Pinturas negras de los años (1819-1823) de Francisco de Goya
(1746-1828), teniendo como finalidad su recontextualización en el contexto
ecuatoriano de 2020. Para lo cual, se realizará una investigación de los
acontecimientos trágicos, gestados durante la pandemia de COVID-19,
información que servirá como base para la creación de una serie de ilustraciones
digitales. Utilizando los recursos documentados que existen en torno al artista de
