However, less attention is paid to monitor the performance of manufacturing systems based on key performance indicators to identify the need for measures and adapting plans. Performance Measurement Systems (PMS) are applied to accomplish this task. Therefore, this paper presents an evaluation of existing PMS’s for production and maintenance planning.
